Sechelt Pennisula - Tanzanian Peaberry |

Light
and fresh, this varietal bean makes for a perfect early morning
treat. Its citrus notes are balanced nicely with a medium body.

Cuzco/Peruvian |
When
the grandparents are over and looking for a subtle blend, this
is the coffee to serve. All the right flavours for a latin bean,
minus the kick.

Eli
Quiche/Guatemalan |
I found the Eli Guiche understated and delicate - I like a little
abuse from my java and this Guatemalan coffee was just a little
too nice.

Red Sea
Blend
(Ethiopian
Harrar Sidamo, yemen Mocca Sanani Natural Process Coffees)
|
| Red
Sea Blend
is made up of Ethiopian Harrar Sidamo and Yemen Mocca Sanani,
two
of our favourite beans. However, this coffee was slightly disappointing,
with little body in the blend and all the flavour up front. REVIEWED

Peru Swiss Water Process Decaf |
| This
decaf was a smooth, slightly sweet, full bodied coffee. It makes
for a great after dinner coffee. REVIEWED

Sumatra |
| Strait
Coffee Traders' Sumatra has a very pleasant flavour and lots of
body. For comparison sake, It is not as strong as Starbuck's Sumatra,
which is also one of our favourites, but it is smoother. We enjoyed
this coffee thouroughly with our breakfast. The fact that it is
Organic is an added bonus!

Navy
Secretary Josephus Daniels outlawed alcohol on board ships.
He ordered coffee become the beverage of service on the ships,
hence the term "Cup of Joe." Because sailors are generally cold,
they wanted their coffee hot. The term hot cup of joe was use,
then it was shorten to hot joe, then hojo. Decent
Coffee Factoid.
