Pistol & Burnes Roasters
~ Puerto Colombia
Fair Trade - A bonus to pysche and the earth.

Good blended taste giving a brightness to the cup. These roasters are paying lots of attention to the acidity of the bean, with pleasant results. Satisfying all round light coffee. Not for those seeking a muddy experience.

Pistol & Burns Roasters ~ Bolivia Caranavi
Fair Trade - A bonus to pysche and the earth.

In sampling the coffees of the Americas I often find that they do not offer the body I crave in my cup. However, this coffee has a nuttiness along with a smooth fullness that was extremely satisfying. Definitely not a "watery" experience from this bean. Lends itself well to the french press brewing method. The added bonus is that it is a Fair Trade Coffee, so for a little extra cost you can drink good coffee and feel good too.

Seattle's Best Coffee ~ Saturday's Blend Coffee

This is a complex blend of East African and South American coffees roasted for a slightly sweet taste with a touch of spicy notes. I found it was a satisfying sweet full bodied blend, with a nice edge.

Seattle's Best Coffee ~ Post Alley Blend

An earthy sweet full-bodied blend that offers a rich, bold taste and great aroma. Recommended as a great after dinner or end of day coffee.
