Yes. We
offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
on all products!
We stand behind the quality of all our products, and your satisfaction
is guaranteed. If a product fails to meet your expectations,
you may return the item to the address below.
We will credit your account for the returned merchandise upon
receipt.
If a
refund is due, simply return
the merchandise along with a copy of the original transaction
and you will be refunded according to your payment method:
Visa: We will credit
your credit card account immediately upon receipt of your return.
Check: We will wait 10
working days from the date of deposit for your check to clear
prior to making a refund.
Money Orders: We will
send you a cheque for the full refund amount.

All orders are shipped out next business day. We
will contact you if we foresee any delays with your shipment or
if an item is out of stock.

We use Canada Post for Canadian Orders, U.S. Postal Service delivery
for addresses in the United States. Orders shipped using any of
these services are in transit on business days only.

can I check on my order status?
If the order was placed on DecentCoffee.com, a tracking number
was assigned to your order. Just contact us with your tracking
number to speak with a customer service representative about the
status of your order. If you lose this tracking number you can
contact us, and we will look up your
order's status via your payment method.
When
can I expect my order to arrive?
Estimated shipping times may vary according to destination, but
you can generally expect order to arrive within 1 weeks for American
and Canadian orders and 3 to 6 weeks for international orders.
What
is the cost of shipping?
Shipping
starts at $3 per cosy ($5 for international orders). For specific
shipping costs on other items, click

is sales tax calculated?
DecentCoffee.com collects applicable sales tax for all orders.
If you live in Canada, you will be charged 5% GST, and if you
