1. How do I know if the Decent Coffee Cosy will fit my French press?
The Decent Coffee Cosy was designed to fit two sizes of French presses, however it will fit a number of different brands of French presses. For the 1.5 litre size (item no.1102) your French press should be approximately 7.4 inches (19cm.) high with the plunger off and have a circumference of approximately 15 inches (38cm.) For the 1.0 litre size (item no.1101) your French press should be approximately 7.4 inches (19cm.) high with the plunger off and have a circumference of approximately 12.5 inches (32cm.). The results of your measurements should be within 0.4 inches or 1 centimeter for the Decent Coffee Cosy to fit your French press.
2. How long will the Decent Coffee Cosy keep my coffee hot?
With a 1.5 litre French press & cosy a second cup poured 30 min. after your first cup will be less than 5 degrees F (2.8 degrees C) cooler. With a 1.0 litre French press & cosy a second cup poured 20 min. after your first cup will be less than 5 degrees F (2.8 degrees C) cooler. Your second cup of coffee will be HOT!

4. How can I improve the taste of my water?
Improving the quality of your tap water can be accomplished inexpensively by using a using a Brita water filter and pitcher. (visit http://www.brita.com ).
5. What is the best way to store coffee? How long will it stay fresh?
Once roasted, coffee begins to lose its flavour the longer it is exposed to air and moisture. We recommend buying your coffee weekly, storing it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place and grinding it just before brewing. We offer Decent Coffee Canisters to keep your coffee fresher, longer in our online ecommerce shop.
6. Do your products come with warranties?

We stand behind the quality of all our products, and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If a product fails to meet your expectations, you may return the item to the address below. We will credit your account for the returned merchandise upon receipt.
If a
refund is due, simply return

Estimated shipping times may vary according to destination, but
you can generally expect your order to arrive within 1 week for American
and Canadian orders and 3 to 6 weeks for international orders.
